Below is your complete guide to how the system works.
1. How You Earn Strikes
You earn 1 Strike for every $10 spent.
Example:
- Spend $100 → Earn 10 Strikes
- Spend $250 → Earn 25 Strikes
Strikes are added to your account once your order is completed. You can view your Strike balance anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Rewards section.
2. Types of Rewards You Can Receive
Our program gives you two ways to unlock free gift cards.
A) Account Level Rewards (Earned Automatically)
When your Strike total reaches certain milestones, you unlock free gift-card rewards. You do not spend or lose your Strikes for these milestone rewards — they are a bonus for your loyalty.

Important: Your settings require that coupons be generated only when the customer redeems the unlocked reward. You must manually redeem each unlocked reward inside your account to generate the coupon. Your Strike balance is not deducted when claiming these Account Level Rewards.
B) Points Redemption Rewards (Spend Strikes)
You can also spend Strikes to redeem additional gift-card coupons. These redemptions do deduct Strikes from your balance.

You may redeem multiple times as long as you have sufficient Strikes.
3. How to Redeem a Reward and Receive Your Coupon
Whether you unlock an Account Level Reward or redeem Strikes, the process is the same.
Step 1 — Log into your account
Visit the website and sign in to access your Rewards dashboard.
Step 2 — Open the Rewards section
- Your total Strikes
- Any unlocked Account Level Rewards
- Any Strike Redemption Rewards you qualify for
Step 3 — Click “Redeem” to generate your coupon
Click Redeem to generate the coupon code. The coupon will be added to your Rewards area and emailed to you (if email is enabled).
Step 4 — On your next purchase, add the corresponding gift card to your cart
- Redeemed a $50 reward → Add the $50 Gift Card product to your cart
- Redeemed a $250 reward → Add the $250 Gift Card product to your cart
Important: The system requires a regular purchase to complete checkout. Gift cards cannot be checked out on their own; you must have at least one other product in your cart when using the coupon.
Step 5 — Apply the coupon at checkout
- The gift card price becomes $0 when the coupon is applied.
- Your regular order is processed as normal.
- Complete checkout and the free gift card will be issued according to our gift-card fulfillment process.

Do automatic Account-Level coupons cost Strikes?
No — Account Level coupons are bonuses and do not deduct Strikes.
If I redeem Strikes for a coupon, do I lose those Strikes?
Yes — redemption deducts the Strike cost from your balance.

Coupons apply to the matching gift-card product on your next order (added to cart and checked out with at least one other product).
Do Strikes or coupons expire?
