Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to request a return after receiving your item.

In order to be eligible to return an order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused or wrapped, with its original packaging. Your order number # and a screenshot of the payment will be needed.

To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected]. Please include a screenshot of your original payment made to us and include the order number #. Also, include any photos of the damaged or unused items to help hasten the process.

We investigate all issues on a case-by-case basis. and if deemed eligible, your return will be accepted. Furthermore, we’ll make arrangements for the return of the items, as well as provide instructions on how and where to send the return package. You must contact us first before shipping any items back to us. Return shipments made to the sender will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and promptly report any defects, damages, or incorrect items to us for resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns requests for glass items (such as ashtrays, pipes, or containers), one-time use products (such as rolling paper or raw material) will be denied. Reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about any specific item.

Returns for final sale or gift cards will not be accepted and are considered final sale.

Exchanges
During exchanges, we will offer to replace your original items; you will be required to ship your original order back to us prior to us shipping your replacement order; once your return is confirmed with the carrier, we will provide you with the tracking number for your replacement order.

Refunds
Refunds will not be accepted unless the original received items have been returned and inspected by our team. You may also provide screenshots and photos to support any refund requests. Refunds will be issued back to the original payee using Interac eTransfer. Sometimes it may take up to 72 hours to process a refund; please remain patient.
