Shipping Options

  • Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping on all orders to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. In special cases, we may use UPS Standard for shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Flat-Fee Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • We currently do not offer international shipping and only ship within Canada.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders made and paid for before 1PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed to be ready to ship the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be provided via email within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
  • You can also track your order through the “My Account” interface on our website.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Goods

  • Due to high theft rates, NativeCigarettes.com is not held liable for any missing packages sent to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and certain very remote areas.
  • Customers are advised to take photos and videos of each order upon receipt and to take a video of opening the package to ensure all received items are correct. For any discrepancies, please reach out to our customer support.
